I just wanted to take a moment and Thank You for all of your efforts in assisting me in purchasing my first home!

Buying my first home was not only very exciting, but also very scary. After beginning the purchase process in Iowa, and having (what I thought was) the home of my dreams NOT qualify for FHA financing, I knew I had the right team on my side. Both you and Alana (First Mortgage) guided me through every day, keeping me informed and keeping me on the right path. You handled my relentless neurotic fears flawlessly.

You went above and beyond the expectations that I had in a Realtor, from helping me find a home inspector, to a better suited lender from First Mortgage Company, which fit my needs. It is with great pride that I hold keys to my new home and I have you to thank for making it all possible.
